We are looking for 1 Senior Software Engineer with a passion for startups and impact who wants to have a strong contribution to scaling a climate-tech platform.

• Location: Paris / Lyon / Berlin Office, Hybrid or Remote (+/-1h of the CET timezone)

🎯 The Role

We need to bring our Carbon Solutions Measurement, Reporting and Verification (MRV) platform from the MVP to the scalable product stage. You will join a lean team composed of Nathan (senior software engineer), Sophie (software engineer), Clément (co-founder, product), Elia (UX/UI) and Anton (full-stack developer).

You will be a cornerstone of our product development, notably by:

• Understanding product requirements, designing and imagining new features in an agile approach
• Leading the development and maintenance of our certification platform, working hand in hand with our climate team in charge of developing our certification models
• Taking an active role in the recruitment of the tech team
• Performing regular code reviews with the team
• Contributing in a decisive way to the improvement of our products

Finally, regardless of your role, we are always open to any ideas that you would like to suggest for learning and improving the company.

🙌 Preferred Background

• 5+ years experience as a full stack developer (ReactJS/ NodeJS/ Typescript/Python)
• You know how to build a strong software architecture and CI/CD practice
• You have the ability to conceptualize and take products off the ground
• You like working in fast-paced, small teams and have the ability to quickly deliver and iterate
• You are fluent in English
